Robert works under the strict guidelines of The International Association of Evidence Based Psychotherapy (IAEPB). This organisation insists on an exceptionally high standard of ethical practice and requires all their members to have a current CRB (DBS) check. He is also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). Robert has been helping people as a hypnotherapist to change their lives for over 18 years using hypnotherapy and hypnosis. What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a highly focused state of mind it’s a totally natural state that you might find yourself in at various times throughout the day. Perhaps when you are driving to a familiar place and when you arrive you may think how did i get here….almost like you have been on auto pilot. Or perhaps you are reading a book and just lose all track of time. I like to describe hypnosis as that state of feeling relaxed and calm.
