What treatment is available?
There are two ways to help to treat deep routed problems related to a lack of confidence, the first one being Hypno-analysis (analytical hypnotherapy) which is in essence cause and effect therapy and can be very effective in helping to treat low self esteem. Once the bottled up emotions are released then the symptoms can cease to be, allowing you to be free from your past problems.
Using positive suggestions and some enhanced visualisation skills, can help to change your perception from a negative thought pattern to a positive one.
